Enjoy bright images in most environments with the ViewSonic LS850WU 5000-Lumen WUXGA Laser DLP Projector. Its 5000 lumens of brightness can overcome ambient light in many situations, making it well suited for presentation areas such as boardrooms and classrooms. The WUXGA 1920 x 1200 native resolution is suitable for displaying many file and document types. The projector's 1.36 to 2.18:1 throw ratio allows you to place it relatively far from your projection surface to provide versatile installation.

The LS850WU has two HDMI inputs for connecting digital high-definition sources such as Blu-ray players and HD cable/satellite boxes. The projector also has a VGA input for analog sources, plus an RCA composite video and S-video input. Its HDMI inputs are 3D-capable for viewing 3D Blu-ray discs with other compatible equipment, which is available separately. An HDBaseT port lets you run a single RJ45 cable to provide uncompressed audio and HD video over long distances. A VGA output allows daisy-chaining of multiple projectors or displays. The LS850WU includes a VGA cable and an IR remote control as an added convenience.

The LS850WU combines 5000 lumens of brightness with a 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio to produce clear images in nearly any environment, including large, well-lit boardrooms, conference halls, and auditoriums

Long-Lasting Laser Phosphor Light Source

The laser phosphor light source lasts up to 20,000 hours for virtually maintenance-free usage and a lower total cost of ownership.

One-Wire HDBaseT Connection

With the integrated HDBaseT input, the LS850WU can receive uncompressed HD video and audio over a long distance via a single RJ45 cable.

360° Orientation

The construction of the LS850WU allows it to be installed in nearly any position, at nearly any angle. You can mount it pointing straight down at the floor of a museum exhibit or art gallery installation, or upside-down at a 45° angle. It can even be installed sideways, allowing you to project images in portrait orientation.

Additional Mounting Flexibility

The 1.6x optical zoom allows for flexible mounting options and less installation hassle.

Horizontal and Vertical Keystone Correction

Keystone correction and corner adjustment help you eliminate crooked and distorted images for a properly proportioned picture.

Horizontal and Vertical Lens Shift

The lens shift feature lets you adjust the lens up, down, left, or right, allowing for flexible projector placement in challenging installations.

Network Monitoring and Control

IT administrators can monitor, schedule, and manage the projector remotely, as well as receive projector status alerts with the integrated Crestron e-Control system and RoomView Express management software. Because the LS850WU is Crestron and AMX certified, IT administrators can control and monitor it for any size campus or enterprise.

Low Input Latency

The LS850WU is designed to deliver smooth images without delay thanks to its 16 ms input latency.
