Solicitation W911S226U3365 may require TAA / Berry Amendment compliance. The Optoma ZH551 is not TAA-compliant as configured. At this order value the Trade Agreements Act would not normally attach on an open-market buy, but if the solicitation carries FAR 52.225-5 or a Berry Amendment clause, the ZH551 is ineligible regardless of value. Please confirm the required compliance clauses before award — we can source a TAA-compliant alternative on request, and we would rather do that now than have this surface at inspection.
