Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, BuyDirect Gift Card, Wire Transfer, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Cash Pickup, Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders (subject to bank clearance), COD (deposit required), and pre-approved Purchase Orders.

Processing Time: 24–72 hours (excluding weekends/holidays); may extend for verbal verification.

Drop-Ship Guarantee: Due to aggressive pricing, most items are drop-shipped, but we guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.

Sales Tax: NY orders incur 8.875% tax on the total invoice, including shipping and handling.
3. Order Verification & Fraud Protection

After an order is placed, we will send a verification email requesting the customer to call us at 888-282-1350 (U.S.) or 516-665-2963 (local/international) to confirm:

Customer name and delivery address

Items ordered

Shipping destination

That the customer personally placed the order

If the customer does not call in, we may contact them by phone to prompt verification.

Unverified orders will be delayed until the confirmation call is completed.

This process is designed to reduce fraud, protect customers, and ensure order accuracy.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Changes:

Must call us at 888-2821350 or 516-665-2963 before processing.

Email, WhatsApp, or website requests are only valid if followed up by a phone call.
Cancellations:

Allowed only before processing/shipment, exclusively via phone call.

Drop-shipped orders are usually not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

WhatsApp/email cancellation requests are invalid unless followed by a call.

Pre-order/Special-order cancellations incur a 15% fee.
5. Returns & Restocking

6. Warranty & Damage

Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only; no additional support provided.

Customer-inflicted physical damage voids warranty and return shipping is at customer’s expense.
7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk transfer upon carrier pickup (F.O.B. shipping point).

We retain a purchase-money security interest until full payment is received.
8. Liability, Governing Law & Privacy

Liability Cap: Limited to item purchase price only.

Governing Law: New York; binding arbitration in NY.

Privacy & Security: Transactions are encrypted; we do not sell customer data.
