Buy Direct & Save – Company Policy (Terms & Conditions)

1. General Information

Payment Methods:
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout. We do not accept wire transfers, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, COD, or cash payments.

2. Shipping & Tax

  • Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:

    • Economy: 15–28 business days — $20 flat rate

    • Ground: 5–7 business days — calculated at checkout

    • Standard: 3–5 business days — calculated at checkout

    • 2‑Day Air: 2 business days — calculated at checkout

    • Next Day Air: Next business day — calculated at checkout

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Sales Tax: Orders shipped to New York are subject to state sales tax (currently 8.875%).

3. Order Verification & Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and combat fraud, we may verify high‑value or unusual orders by phone or email before processing. If additional verification is required, we will contact you directly.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Contact us as soon as possible at +1 (888) 282‑1350 or info@buydirectny.com. Changes can only be made before your order is processed or shipped.

  • Standard Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it ships. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Special or Pre‑Order Items: Special or pre‑order items cannot be cancelled once placed. After shipment, they may only be returned for exchange or store credit.

5. Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:

  1. Submit your request within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  3. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  4. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened or used items. Unopened items are refunded in full.

  5. Non‑returnable items include software, digital products, custom or special orders, and items with missing serial numbers.

6. Warranty & Damage

  • Products include the manufacturer's warranty if applicable. Refurbished items come with a 1‑Year Buy Direct & Save Store Warranty.

  • Damage caused by mishandling or misuse voids warranty coverage and is the customer's responsibility.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Liability, Governing Law & Privacy

  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

  • Privacy & Security: Transactions are secured using encryption technologies. We do not sell or share your personal data.

  • Policy Updates: We may update these terms periodically. Please review them before placing an order.
