El Mini Converter Heavy Duty - HDMI a SDI 4K de Blackmagic Design le permite convertir HDMI a SD, HD, 3G o 6G-SDI en resoluciones de hasta Ultra HD 4K (3840 x 2160) y DCI 4K (4096 x 2160). Esto resulta útil para conectar dispositivos de consumo que emiten señales HDMI con equipos de vídeo SDI profesionales. Utilizando tecnologías 4K HDMI y 6G-SDI, el Mini Converter Heavy-Duty admite resoluciones de hasta UHD 4K a hasta 30 fps y DCI 4K a 24 fps. Detecta automáticamente el formato de vídeo de entrada y cambia instantáneamente entre los formatos SD, HD y UHD/DCI 4K. Las dos salidas 6G-SDI también admiten señales SD y HD-SDI para su integración en flujos de trabajo existentes. Ambas salidas 6G-SDI envían señales duplicadas. El audio está integrado en la salida SDI desde la entrada HDMI o desde los dos conectores de entrada de 1/4" que admiten audio digital AES/EBU de 2 canales o audio analógico balanceado.

Mini Converter Heavy Duty models give you the highest quality SDI conversion in a super tough design that's perfect for use on location. Each converter is machined from a solid block of aircraft grade aluminum, and can withstand being run over by the largest OB vehicle! Heavy Duty models are built to the highest broadcast standards and automatically switch between SD, HD, 3G-SDI and up to 6G-SDI formats. With low SDI jitter and SDI re-clocking you can use the longest SDI cable lengths.

Get a choice of models that convert between SDI and HDMI for connecting to low cost cameras and monitors, and SDI and analog when you need to connect to older decks and video equipment.

Work On Location

With low SDI jitter and SDI re-clocking you can use the longest lengths of SDI cable at live events and outside broadcasts without any loss of video quality. Relevant Heavy Duty models also feature a redundant input, so you can run a second cable as a back up. If the main SDI input is lost, the converter automatically switches over to the alternative input. This feature is great for outdoor use or in venues where working amongst large crowds may result in cable damage.

Standard Audio Connections

Mini Converter Heavy Duty uses standard 1/4 audio jacks for connecting balanced analog or AES/EBU digital audio, so you never need to buy custom audio cables! Audio from mixers and analog decks can be embedded into the SDI video signal.

Heavy Duty Design

Each heavy duty converter is precision machined from a solid block of aircraft grade aluminum, designed to resist damage caused by rough handling in live production and outdoor use. Connections are recessed and protected by the aluminum chassis.

Broadcast Quality Video

Mini Converter Heavy Duty models are ideal forall broadcast, post production and professional AV applications. You get support for a wide range of SD/HD up to Ultra HD video formats and the built in down converter means you can even connect Ultra HD sources to component video in SD or HD as well as NTSC and PAL video!

Easy Settings Control

Changing Mini Converters built-in mini switch settings can be done with a pen, a small screwdriver or any similar object! This is great when you need to change settings quickly on location, as there are no complicated menus to navigate! You can also control settings using the included Converter Utility software by connecting the converter to any Mac OS X or Windows computer! All models can be updated via USB 2.0 by simply downloading software upgrades from the Blackmagic Design website.
