The PT-DZ780 has a dust resistant design, keeping the air inside the projector clean for longer periods of time. Its air filter-less design reduces the hassle of maintenance. Projecting 7,000 lumens at WUxGA resolution, it's equipped with a unique liquid cooling system that reduces operation noise to just 30dB.
Unparalleled Color, Detail and Clarity
Uniquely for a 7,000 lumen projector of this class, the PT-DZ780 (with supplied lens) combines System Daylight View 2, Dynamic RGB Booster and Detail Clarity Processor technologies to offer superb picture quality and color reproduction, even under the brightest lighting conditions. Dual lamps and Relay Mode ensure playback continues uninterrupted even if one lamp fails.
Dual Lamps for Economic, 24-Hour Operation
Designed to offer continuous around-the-clock projection for public display, signage and staging, the PT-DZ780 (with supplied lens) offers double the performance of comparable models with a lamp life of around 4,000 hours in Normal mode and 6,000 hours in Eco mode. The hermetic optical engine is dust-proof and requires no air filter replacement, further reducing the cost of operation.

The PT-D780's functionality is outstanding, with Geometric Adjustment for curved-screen projection and Multi-Screen Support with Color matching and Edge Blending. In another first for its class, it is also compatible with Art-Net DMx, a protocol for lighting management and features DIGITAL LINK, which transmits 1080/60p video signal for up to 150 m (492 ft) in Long Reach mode (up to 100 m (328 ft) for other signals including WUxGA video).
