IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPROVE THIS INVOICE
The Barco DP4K-32B is supplied without a lens. The lens is a separate, required component — it is not an optional accessory. With the HBR lens removed from this invoice, the projector as ordered cannot produce an image on your screen.
We are not raising this to sell you something. We are raising it because you told us this is going into a standalone theatre, and we would rather ask an awkward question now than ship a crate 9,000 miles that cannot be used.
Please confirm one of the following:
• You are sourcing the lens separately or already own a compatible DP4K lens — in which case, no action needed and we will proceed; or
• The 1.74–2.17:1 throw ratio was wrong for your room — in which case, send us your screen width and the distance from the projector position to the screen, and we will specify the correct Barco lens for your theatre at no charge and quote it separately.
There is a full range of DP4K lenses from very short throw to very long throw. Getting this right is the difference between a picture that fills your screen and one that does not.

• Confirmation of the delivery address spelling. Your email reads “Oruthots Road”; our records show “Oruthota Road”. We have used Oruthota. Please confirm — a misspelling on the shipping documents will hold the crate at the port.
• Consignee contact and telephone for your customs broker at destination (we have +94 77 354 4797 on file)
• Any import licence or permit required on your side for cinema equipment
