Core Technology & Design
Tweeter-on-Top Housing: The 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter is mounted externally in a tapered "Nautilus" tube to minimize cabinet diffraction and absorb rearward radiation for cleaner highs.
Kevlar Mid/Bass Driver: Features a 6.5-inch woven Kevlar cone, which provides stiffness and light weight to ensure a clean, uncolored midrange and surprising bass extension for its size.
Balanced Drive System: This technology, first introduced in the Signature 805, uses copper and aluminum components in the magnet system to reduce distortion and improve clarity.
Flowport Technology: The front-firing reflex port is dimpled like a golf ball to reduce air turbulence ("chuffing"), allowing for smoother and more consistent bass response at high volumes.
