5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 business days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@buydirectny.com to initiate a return.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
