Features

The EG-1 Mk.3 is an 80mm flat burr grinder designed for high-quality coffee preparation, whether you're brewing espresso or pour-over. Built with a focus on precision and ease of use, it combines solid engineering with a clean and minimal design. 

This version comes with the CORE burr set, suitable for a wide range of grind sizes, from espresso to filter coffee. The burrs are magnetically mounted, making removal and cleaning quick and simple, and do not have the screw holes where old coffee can build up. 

The grind size can be adjusted in precise 5-micron steps, allowing smooth transitions between brew methods without the need to purge or recalibrate each time.  

A variable RPM control lets you fine-tune grinding speed based on your coffee or workflow preferences. 

Cleaning is straightforward thanks to a magnetically sealed grind chamber that opens easily without tools. The updated Mk.3 model also features a purge function that can clear the last remaining grounds or help remove small jams. 

Compact yet powerful, the EG-1 Mk.3 is a versatile grinder for those who want consistency and flexibility without unnecessary complexity. It fits into both home and professional coffee setups.
