The ModBar AV Espresso System is a ground-up reengineering of the original under-counter espresso concept, built on the proven foundation of the La Marzocco Linea PB. This collaboration delivers the most consistent and stable under-counter espresso equipment available, designed for high-volume environments where precision and reliability are paramount.
Each under-counter module supports up to two espresso taps without requiring additional power, offering dose control by volume, weight, or continuous flow. The system features precise temperature stability, simple multi-position programmable levers, and automated back-flush and rinse programs, all housed in a compact, adaptable design with an optional built-in scale drip tray.
