Features

Lightweight and versatile, this Neewer N55CL 78.7" 2-in-1 Carbon Fiber Camera Tripod/Monopod can go almost anywhere and supports cameras weighing up to 22 pounds. More than just a tripod and fluid head, you can mount the head directly on the removable leg, creating an adjustable monopod with a generous height range of 34.8 to 82". The head features a removable sliding camera plate for finding the right balance for smooth operating, and the locking levers are all spring-loaded.

The tripod features a removable center column that allows you to undersling your camera inside the legs for stable low-angle shooting. The combination of the reverse-folding design and center column allows the tripod to have a maximum height of 78.7" (with the head attached) while being able to fold to a mere 18.7" for transport and storage in the included carrying bag.

Fluid Head

  • A 90 to -70 tilt range for looking straight down and tilting nearly straight up
  • Spring-loaded locking levers permit you to lock and unlock when there isn't enough room to turn the levers through a full 360°
  • A removable sliding balance plate features a locating pin, as well as 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded screws
  • The fluid head has a flat base with a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole
  • The head features a bubble level for visual verification that the head is level
  • One pan handle is included, which can be attached to either side of the head via the handle mounting rosettes

Tripod Legs

  • Carbon fiber construction for a balance of weight, durability, and stiffness
  • Four-section legs with twist locks are fast to operate and secure
  • The two-section center column can be inverted for placing the camera between the legs
  • A weight hook at the bottom of the center column allows you to add weight and stabilize the tripod further
  • You can remove one leg to use as a monopod with the fluid head
