Key Features 

High Image Quality: The printer uses Ricoh's proprietary PxP-EQ chemical toner and Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) technology to deliver sharp text, fine lines, and rich, dense colors with a high resolution of up to 1200 x 4800 dpi.

Media Versatility: It supports a wide range of media types, including textured, coated, and heavy stocks up to 360 gsm. It can handle standard sizes up to 13" x 19.2" and oversized banners up to 27.5" long.

Productivity and Speed: The Pro C5200s can print and copy at speeds up to 65 pages per minute (A4/Letter) in both color and black-and-white. It features a 220-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) with single-pass duplex scanning at up to 220 images per minute.

Paper Capacity: The standard paper capacity is 3,850 sheets, which can be expanded to a maximum of 8,250 sheets with optional large capacity trays, allowing for longer, uninterrupted print runs.

Finishing Options: An array of optional inline finishing accessories are available, including stapling, hole punching, saddle stitching, booklet making, and multi-folding units, which help users keep more jobs in-house.

User Interface: The system comes with a standard 9-inch full-color control panel, with an optional 10.1-inch Smart Operation Panel that offers a tablet-like, intuitive user experience.
