  • High Speed: The XR-640 is capable of high-volume production, with print speeds up to 528 sq. ft. per hour (49 m²/hr) for CMYK applications.
  • Advanced Ink System: It uses GREENGUARD Gold Certified Eco-Sol MAX 2 (or MAX 3) inks, which are virtually odorless and nickel-free. The inks offer superior outdoor durability, scratch resistance, and a wide color gamut.
    • Specialty Ink Options: The printer supports a variety of ink configurations, including Light Black (for neutral grays and natural skin tones), high-density White, and Metallic Silver (which can produce over 500 metallic/pearlescent colors).

The Integrated Lamination Process
When paired with a laminator (such as the Royal Sovereign RSC-1402CW, often bundled with the system), the entire solution provides a professional print-and-finish workflow.
Enhanced Durability: Lamination adds a critical layer of protection, increasing the graphics' resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and abrasion, which is essential for demanding applications like vehicle wraps and floor graphics.
Seamless Finishing: Prints are made on the XR-640, typically allowed to outgas for a period, and then laminated. The laminated graphics are then reloaded into the XR-640, which uses its Quadralign optical registration system to precisely realign the job for accurate contour cutting.
Versatility of Applications: This complete system allows users to produce a vast array of durable products, including vehicle graphics, outdoor signage, banners, decals, P.O.P. displays, and backlit displays

Please note: Considering that you will be using software such as Illustrator, we recommend that you use as high performance computer as possible to reduce RIP processing time.
