    Targeting sports, wildlife, and action shooters, thisFE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS LensfromSonywill satisfy many photographers and videographers who are looking for a bit of extra reach with their full-frame E-mount camera. As a member of the G Master line, it is designed for outstanding resolution and sharpness with minimal aberrations, something assisted by the implementation of one Super ED and two ED elements as well as a Nano AR coating. It also features a relatively compact size through the use of an f/4.5-5.6 maximum aperture range, and it is equipped with both a Direct Drive SSM autofocus system as Optical SteadyShot image stabilization for outstanding performance at all focal lengths.

    The lens features numerous other settings and controls for making operation smooth and intuitive for a variety of shooting styles. This includes a zoom torque adjustment ring that lets users dial in the stiffness of the zoom mechanism. It also has an internal focus system with a minimum focus distance of just 3.22' as well as focus range limiter switch for faster focusing. Other physical controls and options include multiple customizable focus hold buttons, an AF/MF switch, and a removable and rotatable tripod mount. Additionally, it has a dust- and weather-resistant construction and a nine-blade circular diaphragm.

    As part of Sony's esteemed G Master series, this lens is designed to achieve notably high resolution and sharpness through the correction of a wide variety of spherical and chromatic aberrations. Additionally, these lenses feature robust and intuitive-to-handle physical designs to benefit both photography and cine applications.
    A far-reaching telephoto zoom designed for full-frame E-mount mirrorless cameras, this 100-400mm lens is also compatible with APS-C models where it provides a 150-600mm equivalent focal length range.
    A maximum aperture range of f/4.5-5.6 helps minimize size and weight while providing excellent performance in a variety of applications.
    Two extra-low dispersion elements and one Super ED element are featured in the lens design and help to control chromatic aberrations and reduce color fringing for increased clarity and color fidelity.
    A Nano AR Coating has been applied to reduce surface reflections, flare, and ghosting for increased contrast and color rendering in strong lighting conditions.
    Optical SteadyShot image stabilization helps to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper imagery when shooting handheld with slower shutter speeds. This stabilization system can also be combined with select camera's sensor-shift type image stabilization for more effective control of camera blur.
    A Direct Drive Super Sonic wave Motor AF system and internal focus mechanism provides quick, quiet, and precise autofocus performance and also contributes to more natural, intuitive manual focus control.
    A zoom torque adjustment ring will help provide users with added control over the zoom function of the lens.
    A floating elements system benefits image quality when working at the 3.22' minimum focusing distance with 0.35x magnification.
    Focus range limiter and focus hold controls offer more intuitive handling and faster performance when photographing moving subjects.
    Dust and weather-sealed construction benefits using the lens in inclement shooting conditions.
    The front lens element features a fluorine coating to protect against smudges and dust from adhering to the glass surface.

    I ordered an Epson projector from these people. Due to the high value on it (almost $26,000) they requested that I pay by ACH instead of credit card. I paid them and they received the funds on April 29, 2024. I was told it would be about two weeks before I received the item. After months of excuses, a tracking number that only showed "label created" for weeks and weeks, many emails and phone calls of getting the runaround I FINALLY received a package from them on July 31, 2024. The package was very beat up. The projector they sent me had obviously been opened and returned before and it wasn't even the correct model number!! I insisted that they take it back and give me a FULL REFUND. They did take it back but I'm still trying to get my money back. They don't respond to emails and on the rare occasion that I can get someone on the phone I'm told to just use email and it will get handled. I feel like I'm being scammed out of my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these people. I've been treated absolutely AWFUL from the get go. My next stop to complain is the BBB. I also plan to leave reviews like this one all over the web...anyplace I can find. Update 11/14/2024 - I'm writing in response to the "Owner's Response" that took two months to show up here. I have made it perfectly clear on several occasions beginning back on August 8th this year that I want a REFUND rather than a replacement. I stated that in THIS review above and yet I am still waiting. I would also point out that the UPS tracking number given in the owner's response was for a replacement they insisted on sending even though I emailed IMMEDIATELY after I received an email notifying me of the pending shipment. I informed them that I would REJECT the shipment on arrival and they should NOT send. The owner's response neglects to mention the first tracking number that I was given back June 6th that indicated "LABEL CREATED" for WEEKS which tells me it was a ploy to placate me as no package was delivered until July 30th. That package was in horrible condition, was the wrong model number and had obviously been previously returned to them. I going to put it in writing here ONE MORE TIME. I WANT A FULL REFUND, NOT A REPLACEMENT, A FULL REFUND. Otherwise I will see you in court. Additionally I have been advised to report this case to the Federal Trade Commission for online fraud at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov and the FBI's Internet Crime Site at www.ic3.gov Unless A FULL REFUND is processed within the next few days I will follow up on that advice. Update May 16th, 2025 - To date this issue has still not been resolved. These guys completely ignored demand letters sent by my attorney. They did make an offer prior to that that I found to be unacceptable because, rather than a refund, they offered only a partial refund and wanted me to wait several months to get it. If I had accepted their "partial refund" they would have still made money on a deal that they bungled from the very beginning. And I want to clarify that they were HORRIBLE at "keeping me informed via phone calls and emails" like they claim. Attempts to contact them were always difficult and the responses I did get were totally unacceptable. Apparently their idea of "customer service" is to duck and dodge all responsibility and then completely ignore me except for the lame response made to my review. I'm still out $25,801.36 from these scam artists. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to buy anything from them.

    First time going to the shop. i have a Z50 and was looking for an additional prime lens. It's a small warehouse but they have many items in the store. The one thing that I loved about this camera store is the personal knowledgeable service. Great deals as well. Ended up purchasing a 35mm f/1.8 Nikkor.

    What didn’t go wrong? I ordered a Panasonic 7,000 lumen projector from this vendor, paying an extra $144 for 2-day shipping. Chose them after exhaustive internet searching for the lowest price I could find (big mistake!). Two days later, I emailed and then called to let them know I did not receive my package and that the tracking number suggested that it had not yet been received by FedEx. The customer service person appeared helpful and offered to ship out a 5,000 lumen projector that we could use until they had my original order ready to ship. Of course they charged me the price for the 7K lumen projector when they shipped the smaller model. Long story short, after several months (July 2024 to December 2024) and many calls and promises to ship the product I ordered, I finally had enough and let them know I would be retuning the item they sent me and purchasing the projector I intended to buy from a more reputable company. It was no longer reasonable to expect my patience. They sent me a return label and appeared understanding. After shipping back their product and waiting two weeks, I called to inquire about the status of my refund (over $3,300). The customer service person stated that it would take up to two additional weeks to process. I have been waiting over two months for my money back and have formally filed a complaint with the State of New York against this business. I fear I will have to escalate legally if the state can’t help me successfully get my money back. Please beware! Use this company at your own risk, the “savings” they promise will not be worth it!

    Top-Tier. My new favorite shop for all things digital! They were available ASAP for me the night before a shoot and after a quick call, was able to connect with them and grab the perfect lens while other shops where closed. Highly recommend for all creatives and professionals.

    I purchased a DJI drone that said “NEW” on the add and was priced for $899. I payed an additional $24 for expedited FedEx shipping. 3 weeks later I recieved the package (by UPS ground not FedEx) to find not only was it a USED item (not in original packaging) but it was also a completely different item than what I purchased. I called customer service as soon as I made the discovery. I was told that they made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Ok…shit happens right. Then I was told they made a mistake on the price of the original item I purchased and that it would cost me $1100 to get the item I wanted and would take an additional 3-4 weeks to receive. I was also told the item I would get would be a USED item not the NEW item I had purchased. They did offer to discount the drone I received if I was willing to keep it instead of the one I wanted and ordered…um NO! (I have photo and written proof of all of this) I ended up returning the item and canceling my purchase. I decided to spend my $1100 with a reliable company for a NEW item that will be what I wanted and ordered. I will say the man on the phone was nice but everything he said had SCAM written all over. I pray I get my money back in a timely manner. If not it’s definitely going to be a report to the BBB! If you don’t want to wait weeks for what you hope to be the item you ordered then I would suggest you avoid this company. Not a pleasurable experience.
