2. Shipping & Tax

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:

  • Economy: 15–28 business days — Flat $20

  • Ground: 5–7 business days — Calculated at checkout

  • Standard: 3–5 business days — Calculated at checkout

  • 2-Day Air: 2 business days — Calculated at checkout

  • Next Day Air: Next business day — Calculated at checkout

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to New York are subject to state sales tax of 8.875%.

3. Order Verification & Fraud Protection

For security purposes, we may verify certain high-value or unusual orders by phone or email before processing. Customers will be contacted if additional verification is required.
This process helps reduce fraud, protect customers, and ensure order accuracy.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes: Contact us as soon as possible at (888) 282-1350 or info@buydirectny.com.
Changes can only be made before an order is processed or shipped.

Cancellations: Allowed prior to shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Pre-order and special-order cancellations may incur a 15% processing fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened or used items. Unopened items are refunded in full.

Non-returnable items include software, digital products, custom orders, and items missing serial numbers.

6. Warranty & Damage


All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Refurbished products include a 1-Year Buy Direct & Save Store Warranty.
Physical or customer-inflicted damage voids warranty coverage, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your product arrives defective (DOA) or develops an issue under warranty, please contact us immediately at info@buydirectny.com or call (888) 282-1350 / (516) 665-2963 for a replacement or resolution. Warranty claims are processed according to the manufacturer’s terms or our store warranty for refurbished items.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Liability, Governing Law & Privacy

Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item only.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

Privacy & Security: Transactions are encrypted for security. We do not sell or share customer data.

Policy Updates: Terms may be updated periodically. Customers should review them before placing orders.
