1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express or UPS. Choose “International” at checkout. Taxes and duties can be prepaid to eliminate customs surprises. Full tracking is sent once your order is dispatched.

3. How are orders processed and verified?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
– All orders require validation: we send an email requesting phone confirmation to verify your name, address, and purchase details.

– Orders not verified may be delayed; we may attempt to call you. This step is mandatory for security and accuracy.
4. Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes, but only if:
– The order hasn't been processed or shipped.

Emails or WhatsApp requests alone won't be honored. Pre-order or special-order cancellations incur a 15% fee.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
– 15-day returns on unused items in original packaging (RMA required).
– Customer pays return shipping unless it's our error.
– 15% restocking fee plus non-refundable original shipping fee.
– No returns on special/pre-order or certain software items.
– Bundles must be returned together; software/OEM is final sale.
