Features

With a compact and lightweight body, the blackCanon EOS Rebel SL2 DSLR Cameraprovides users with a fully-featured system that won't weigh them down. Packed into the tiny body is a capable 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and a DIGIC 7 Image Processor, both of which work together to create sharp, vivid images at native sensitivities up to ISO 25600 and extended sensitivities up to ISO 51200. Video shooting has received a boost with Full HD 1080p recording possible at up to 60 fps. The SL2 also manages some significant body upgrades, with the main addition being a 3.0" vari-angle touchscreen LCD for intuitive operation and the ability to work at odd angles with relative ease.

As a DSLR, the SL2 obviously retains the optical viewfinder for fast, natural composition of your images and it can shoot continuously at speeds up to 5 fps. This setup also features a 9-point AF system for capturing tack sharp images. If you are working in Live View or shooting video, the SL2 does offer Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology, providing fast, accurate focusing in these modes and with intuitive control via the touchscreen. Additionally, the SL2 has a microphone input for higher quality audio recording during movie shooting.

For those inclined to share their journeys, the SL2 features built-in Wi-Fi with NFC and Bluetooth, making connecting to a smart device fast and simple. This setup permits wireless control over camera settings as well as the ability to transfer files to your phone. The SL2 also offers a Feature Assistant to help new shooters learn how to use the camera and its functions.

Included with the camera is the EF-S 18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM Lens, a compact mid-range zoom with an equivalent range of 28.8-88mm. The lens is designed to be small, a perfect match for the SL2, and incorporates both image stabilization and STM autofocus for ensuring your photos and videos are of the highest quality.

24.2MP APS-C CMOS Sensor and DIGIC 7 Image Processor
Both a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC 7 image processor are used to deliver high sensitivity and fast camera performance to suit both stills and video applications. A flexible native ISO 100-25600 range, which can be extended to ISO 51200, suits working in a variety of lighting conditions, and the processing capabilities minimize noise for notable clarity. The processor also contributes to a fast 6 fps continuous shooting rate for photographing fast-moving subjects.
9-Point AF System and Dual Pixel CMOS AF
Benefitting stills shooting with the optical viewfinder, a 9-point phase-detection autofocus system provides quick and precise focusing in difficult lighting conditions. The center point is also a cross-type for enhanced accuracy and speed. When recording video, or shooting in live view, a Dual Pixel CMOS AF system is employed that offers smooth and fast focusing performance in a similar manner to how a camcorder acquires focus. This system integrates two separate photodiodes within each pixel to provide a broad and dense network of phase-detection gathering elements across a majority of the image sensor to reduce focus hunting for faster, more direct control of focus placement. When working with still imagery, this focusing system works to acquire focus quickly and accurately, making it ideally suited to shooting and tracking moving subjects so that critical focus is attained with each shot. When shooting video, a Movie Servo AF mode offers smooth and natural focusing when changing from different subjects or different distances within the scene, as well as the ability to specify tracking sensitivity, AF speed, and Face Tracking priority. Benefited by the Touch AF system, rack focus is possible simply by touching elements within the scene on the touchscreen in order to change focus in an intuitive manner. Subject tracking in movies is also heightened due to the Dual Pixel CMOS AF system's ability to recognize subjects and maintain focus when working within changing or cluttered scenery.
Full HD 1080p Video Recording
In addition to stills recording, the SL2 also supports Full HD 1080p video recording at up to 60 fps in the MP4 format. Video recording is benefitted by the inclusion of Dual Pixel CMOS AF and the Movie Servo AF focusing functions, as well as the touchscreen design of the LCD monitor for intuitive control. Additionally, an external microphone jack is incorporated in the body design for greater control over your recorded sound.
Body Design and Other Features

I ordered an Epson projector from these people. Due to the high value on it (almost $26,000) they requested that I pay by ACH instead of credit card. I paid them and they received the funds on April 29, 2024. I was told it would be about two weeks before I received the item. After months of excuses, a tracking number that only showed "label created" for weeks and weeks, many emails and phone calls of getting the runaround I FINALLY received a package from them on July 31, 2024. The package was very beat up. The projector they sent me had obviously been opened and returned before and it wasn't even the correct model number!! I insisted that they take it back and give me a FULL REFUND. They did take it back but I'm still trying to get my money back. They don't respond to emails and on the rare occasion that I can get someone on the phone I'm told to just use email and it will get handled. I feel like I'm being scammed out of my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these people. I've been treated absolutely AWFUL from the get go. My next stop to complain is the BBB. I also plan to leave reviews like this one all over the web...anyplace I can find. Update 11/14/2024 - I'm writing in response to the "Owner's Response" that took two months to show up here. I have made it perfectly clear on several occasions beginning back on August 8th this year that I want a REFUND rather than a replacement. I stated that in THIS review above and yet I am still waiting. I would also point out that the UPS tracking number given in the owner's response was for a replacement they insisted on sending even though I emailed IMMEDIATELY after I received an email notifying me of the pending shipment. I informed them that I would REJECT the shipment on arrival and they should NOT send. The owner's response neglects to mention the first tracking number that I was given back June 6th that indicated "LABEL CREATED" for WEEKS which tells me it was a ploy to placate me as no package was delivered until July 30th. That package was in horrible condition, was the wrong model number and had obviously been previously returned to them. I going to put it in writing here ONE MORE TIME. I WANT A FULL REFUND, NOT A REPLACEMENT, A FULL REFUND. Otherwise I will see you in court. Additionally I have been advised to report this case to the Federal Trade Commission for online fraud at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov and the FBI's Internet Crime Site at www.ic3.gov Unless A FULL REFUND is processed within the next few days I will follow up on that advice. Update May 16th, 2025 - To date this issue has still not been resolved. These guys completely ignored demand letters sent by my attorney. They did make an offer prior to that that I found to be unacceptable because, rather than a refund, they offered only a partial refund and wanted me to wait several months to get it. If I had accepted their "partial refund" they would have still made money on a deal that they bungled from the very beginning. And I want to clarify that they were HORRIBLE at "keeping me informed via phone calls and emails" like they claim. Attempts to contact them were always difficult and the responses I did get were totally unacceptable. Apparently their idea of "customer service" is to duck and dodge all responsibility and then completely ignore me except for the lame response made to my review. I'm still out $25,801.36 from these scam artists. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to buy anything from them.

First time going to the shop. i have a Z50 and was looking for an additional prime lens. It's a small warehouse but they have many items in the store. The one thing that I loved about this camera store is the personal knowledgeable service. Great deals as well. Ended up purchasing a 35mm f/1.8 Nikkor.

What didn’t go wrong? I ordered a Panasonic 7,000 lumen projector from this vendor, paying an extra $144 for 2-day shipping. Chose them after exhaustive internet searching for the lowest price I could find (big mistake!). Two days later, I emailed and then called to let them know I did not receive my package and that the tracking number suggested that it had not yet been received by FedEx. The customer service person appeared helpful and offered to ship out a 5,000 lumen projector that we could use until they had my original order ready to ship. Of course they charged me the price for the 7K lumen projector when they shipped the smaller model. Long story short, after several months (July 2024 to December 2024) and many calls and promises to ship the product I ordered, I finally had enough and let them know I would be retuning the item they sent me and purchasing the projector I intended to buy from a more reputable company. It was no longer reasonable to expect my patience. They sent me a return label and appeared understanding. After shipping back their product and waiting two weeks, I called to inquire about the status of my refund (over $3,300). The customer service person stated that it would take up to two additional weeks to process. I have been waiting over two months for my money back and have formally filed a complaint with the State of New York against this business. I fear I will have to escalate legally if the state can’t help me successfully get my money back. Please beware! Use this company at your own risk, the “savings” they promise will not be worth it!

I purchased a DJI drone that said “NEW” on the add and was priced for $899. I payed an additional $24 for expedited FedEx shipping. 3 weeks later I recieved the package (by UPS ground not FedEx) to find not only was it a USED item (not in original packaging) but it was also a completely different item than what I purchased. I called customer service as soon as I made the discovery. I was told that they made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Ok…shit happens right. Then I was told they made a mistake on the price of the original item I purchased and that it would cost me $1100 to get the item I wanted and would take an additional 3-4 weeks to receive. I was also told the item I would get would be a USED item not the NEW item I had purchased. They did offer to discount the drone I received if I was willing to keep it instead of the one I wanted and ordered…um NO! (I have photo and written proof of all of this) I ended up returning the item and canceling my purchase. I decided to spend my $1100 with a reliable company for a NEW item that will be what I wanted and ordered. I will say the man on the phone was nice but everything he said had SCAM written all over. I pray I get my money back in a timely manner. If not it’s definitely going to be a report to the BBB! If you don’t want to wait weeks for what you hope to be the item you ordered then I would suggest you avoid this company. Not a pleasurable experience.
