At its core, the FX3 Mark II features a newly developed 18-megapixel full-frame sensor, optimized for both supreme low-light sensitivity and stunning oversampled image quality. This sensor is paired with the latest BIONZ XR Cine processor and a dedicated AI co-processor, delivering a cinematic image that is rich in detail, color, and dynamic range.

  • 4K 120p & 2K 240p, All-I/ProRes Internal: Capture breathtaking 4K/120p footage with no crop and ultra-smooth 2K/240p for dramatic slow motion. Record internally to All-I codecs or choose ProRes 422 HQ and ProRes RAW for maximum flexibility.

  • Cine Alti: The FX3 Mark II inherits the Cine Alti mode from the Burano, providing an unparalleled 16+ stops of dynamic range for the most challenging lighting situations.

  • LUT Monitoring & Upload: Apply custom 3D LUTs directly in-camera for monitoring and even burn them into your proxies for a streamlined, client-ready workflow.

Beyond reliable Human and Animal Eye AF, the Mark II introduces Real-time Subject Recognition for vehicles and custom objects, making it indispensable for automotive and commercial work.   • Active Image Stabilization + Dynamic Active Mode: A new, gyro-enhanced stabilization algorithm provides gimbal-like smoothness when moving. The Dynamic Active Mode intelligently crops and stabilizes for incredibly steady shots, even at a full sprint.
