This is offered as a preorder: payment in advance by wire transfer, with units shipping in stages as they are allocated to your order. We guarantee fulfillment of your full ordered quantity — you will receive every unit as stock arrives.
Because these graphics processors are export-controlled (ECCN 3A090) under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, we complete a mandatory compliance review before any pricing or quotation is issued. Please complete and sign the sections below. On receipt we will run sanctions and denied-party screening and, once cleared, issue your formal quote and allocation confirmation.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance after delivery and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Max Deals 365 LLC from any claim, penalty, or loss arising from Buyer’s breach of these certifications or violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
