Do you accept government P-Cards?
Yes. Federal, state, and local government purchase cards are accepted at checkout. Individual government employees can use code GOV7 for a 7% discount on personal purchases.
How does NET-30 financing work?
Institutional NET-30 financing is offered through Resolve Pay. Resolve underwrites the credit decision; we ship upon approval and receive payment from Resolve at fulfillment. We do not extend direct purchase-order terms.
Are products TAA-compliant?
Many of our products are TAA-compliant. Contact us with the SKU and we will confirm TAA status before quoting.

What payment methods do you accept?
Government P-Card, agency purchase orders (via Resolve Pay NET-30), ACH, wire transfer, and credit card. GSA Schedule purchases handled case by case.
Do you ship to military installations overseas?
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to APO/FPO addresses and overseas military installations. Contact sales for international procurement.
What's your minimum order size for institutional pricing?
No hard minimum. Volume pricing typically begins around $2,500 per line item or $10,000 per order. Send us your bill of materials and we will quote.
