Below are two tiers for a single air-cooled 8-GPU node for your Seattle colocation, both configured to your spec (2× CPU, 3 TB DDR5, ~30 TB SED Opal 2 RAID 0, dual 10GbE + high-speed compute fabric), TAA-compliant, with 3-year on-site support registered to Overland AI and held under our price-lock guarantee:
Tier 1 — NVIDIA B200 (the sooner path): best availability and allocation, priced for value. 1,440 GB GPU memory, ~72 PFLOPS dense FP4.
Tier 2 — NVIDIA B300 Blackwell Ultra (the headroom path): ~50% more GPU memory (2.1–2.3 TB) and ~50% more dense FP4 (~108 PFLOPS) per node. Same NVLink-5 fabric (1.8 TB/s) on both.
