K 5600 Lighting Joker2 800W Kit

The Joker2 800 with Cable from K 5600 Lighting is an 800W controllable light source designed for use on film, television, and still sets. Featuring a threaded screw-on ring, the Joker2 800 allows for quick and tool-less relamping between separately available 3200K and 5600K HMI lamps. The threaded ring also allows you to mount a clear or frosted borosilicate beaker around the lens (beakers and lenses available separately). Additionally, the head incorporates a plug-in igniter designed to convert from HMI to 2K tungsten in less than a minute.

The Joker2 has an integrated three-axis yoke for flexible placement, and a braking system that ensures the system can support larger light shapers such as light banks, ellipsoid spots, and Softubes. For power, the head uses a separately available fully dimmable ballast. The ballast is high-speed with 300 and 1000 Hz frequencies, and offers built-in wireless DMX control via LumenRadio, allowing for control using a smartphone or tablet.

This is a K5600 800 Watt HMI Bulb. It is single ended, bi-post and hot-restrike capable.

Run your Joker2 800W on this dedicated 800W High-Speed Dimmable Ballast from K 5600 Lighting. Able to work at frequencies of 300 or 1000 Hz, this ballast is designed to enable high-speed shots. It offers built-in wireless DMX via LumenRadio for control via a smartphone or tablet.

Shape and direct your Joker2 800W's throw by using the Optical Beamer from K 5600 Lighting. Mounted on the front of your Joker2, this beamer is a specular reflector giving you the ability to use the separately available medium, wide, super wide, and frosted Fresnel lenses.

The K5600 C0900U 25' Extension Cable connects the Joker 200, 400, 800 integral light head cable to a ballast. It is a VEAM type, with quarter-turn lock.  The C0900U cable is also compatible with the Blackjack 400 head.

The K5600 Frosted Fresnel lens fits inside the ears on the Beamer. By diffusing and spreading the beam angle, it changes the light properties to that of a fresnel light.

The K5600 Super Wide Lens provides a 44° spread of light when fitted to a K5600 Joker-Bug 800 watt fixture.

A replacement wide flood lens that spreads the light in a narrow, wide beam (41° x 12°) from a K5600 Joker Bug HMI light head.

Spreads the light beam, allowing it to cover a larger area than it would if the Beamer was used alone. Fits inside the ears of the Beamer.

This is a full double scrim for the K5600 Joker-Bug 800W HMI, or any other fixture that accepts an 8.75" accessory.

Full scrims dim the light across the entire beam spread, 1/2 and graduated scrims are used to even the beam spread when lighting a subject or background from an angle.

Keep several densities of scrims available, to be prepared for any lighting situation.

This K5600 Lighting Full Single Scrim for Joker-Bug 800 fits the Bug or any other fixture that accepts a 7.75" accessory. This scrim absorbs approximately one stop of light. Scrims dim the light across the entire beam spread, 1/2 and graduated scrims are used to even the beam spread when lighting a subject or background close-up or from an angle.

This is a 4-Leaf Barndoor Set for the K5600 Joker Bug 800.

Barndoors narrow the beam spread of a light fixture. They help create a 3-dimensional look to a lighting scheme by placing light in a specific area or by keeping it away.

The more leaves a barndoor set has, or the longer the leaves, the more precisely the beam can be controlled.

The Frosted Beaker is used on the Joker-Bug 800 with accessories such as lanterns where the point source is not desirable. It also helps clean up Par lens aberrations, as well as soften the harsh spot achieved without a lens.

This glass filter comes standard with all Joker-Bug 800 Fixtures. Its purpose is to protect the HMI bulb.

The heavy-duty Lens Bag with Partitions from K5600 Lighting is designed to hold four Joker-Bug 400 lenses, which are 6-5/8" in diameter each.
