Video Transmission and Connectivity
The Matrice 400 is equipped with DJI’s O4 Enterprise Enhanced Video Transmission system, setting a new standard for image transmission in enterprise drones. With a ten-antenna array and a high-gain phased array antenna on the remote controller, the Matrice 400 can achieve image transmission distances of up to 40 km, ensuring operators maintain a stable signal even during extended missions. The airborne relay video transmission feature allows one Matrice 400 to provide relay signals for another, significantly expanding the operational range and enabling seamless connectivity in environments with obstructions such as buildings or mountains. For added flexibility, the system supports dual DJI Cellular Dongle 2 devices, allowing the drone to switch between networks and maintain enterprise enhanced video transmission in congested or remote areas. These capabilities make the Matrice 400 an ideal choice for infrastructure inspections, public safety operations, and any scenario where reliable, long-range connectivity is critical.
